• Custom or made-to-order sarees may require additional processing time, which will be provied in corresponding product description as it varies for product.

Shipping Charges

• Domestic Shipping: Free shipping for all orders within India.
• International Shipping: Shipping charges will be calculated and communicated before order confirmation as these orders taken manually now through watsapp or social channels. Additional customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery is 10-15 working days after order placement.
• International Orders: Estimated delivery is 20-25 working days, depending on the destination. 
• Please note that delivery times are subject to courier partner timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders
