Order and Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
  
• Orders Cancellations are not permitted once placing the order. 
  
• The Teal Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, unavailability of stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Returns and Exchanges

• No returns 
• Exchanges are accepted for damaged or defective products only. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product with clear unboxing video from start to finish. This video must include the intact outer packaging, product opening, and clear visibility of the defect or damage. Without an unboxing video, the exchange will not be processed.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Products used, altered, or without original packaging are not eligible for exchange.
  Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
• Refunds would be provided only in case of stock unavailability and takes 5-7 working days to be reflected in customers account.
